Film blends are manufactured in-house using a variety of material suppliers to aid in assuring our customers get the cutting edge technology engineered into all of our custom films. Roplast’s state-of-the-art extrusion equipment can utilize a broad range of materials to meet the needs of even the most challenging applications.
Roplast custom blends co-extruded and monolayer films to achieve the performance features required by each customer. We custom design film to run on Vertical Form Fill and Seal (VFFS) equipment as well as laminators and bag machines. We focus on producing quality films for the produce industry, providing a wide range of Oxygen Transmission Rates (OTR), joined with reliable film that seals and machines well. All produce and food films are suitable for food contact under the FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.1520. | |
