RE: Roplast Company Statement Regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19)

We would like to take a moment to share with you our preparedness plan in response to the COVID-19 Virus (Coronavirus). We continue to closely monitor developments and have taken proactive steps to ensure the safety and wellness of our employees and customers. These steps are aligned with the Interim Guidance for Business and Employees issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Although the products we supply are primarily manufactured at our facility in California outside of any regions considered high risk for transmission (according to the CDC), below is a summary of the measures we have proactively taken to mitigate risk.

Employees:
• Encouraging any sick employees to remain home while maintaining a non-punitive leave policy.
• Routine Environmental Cleaning/ Sanitization
• Education on hygiene and safety
• Requiring past 60 day and future travel information with regards to plane and train travel, travel outside the country and information on visitors from outside the country employees have been in contact with.
• Work with local county health administration to assess regional preparedness plans.
• Non-Essential travel is discouraged in most cases.

Customers:
• Provide consistent and transparent communications as we monitor this incident.
• Encouraging teleconferencing for non-essential travel during this initial phase.
• Contingency supply plan strategy consistently reviewed to ensure a steady material steam and no production interruptions.
• No imported products are manufactured in any Level-3 Travel Health Alert area, as categorized by the CDC.
• Evaluate the need and attendance at group gatherings and conferences.
• Implement heightened visitor guidelines during this period.

Currently, all recycling and production operations remain running normally with no supply chain disruptions. We will keep you informed of any developments as we continue to make decisions to balance safety and the commitments to our customers and community.
